BASIC INFORMATION

Only $USD payment and only Paypal. (I will specify if I take other forms of payment)

All art is digital. No animation, except on icons.

Added large weapons/animals/large wings= Additional Charges .

Each character in a piece is charged separately (including couples).

No more than 2 characters in one piece.

No more than 2 pieces per order. (unless I say otherwise)

No Backgrounds. (They will be transparent. I may do very simple bg's upon request).

Art might take awhile for various reasons. If something comes up to delay me I will keep you informed via journal or a note.

When ordering anything larger than a bust I will send a sketch for approval to ensure I do not miss any details. I will send sketches for anything upon request.

If you get your art and something is incorrect, Politely tell me what is wrong and I will do my best to correct it. If you are rude about it I will not be so compliant.

* I will only refund if I personally have to cancel your order or if I deem it necessary.

ORDERING INFO

Send me a note titled 'Commission'.

Be sure to fill out the form completely and provide references. (written description is ok, but try to add in pictures to explain what you mean better).

Please fill out the form for each piece. (meaning if you are getting 2 pieces in your order you need to fill out the form twice)

Once I have accepted I will give you my paypal address and a further instructions on payment.

When sending payment, please put your DA username in the note so I know who it's from.

TERMS OF SERVICE

References should be clear and details should be easy to see or pointed out ahead of time. If you fail to tell me something and want it changed after the piece is finished I have the right to refuse, but in most cases will make an attempt to correct it anyways.

I do not redraw commissions. If you are worried about accuracy you must request to see the sketch before I finish so I can make appropriate changes.

I must be informed if the character you are commissioning is not your own. I will understand if it's for a surprise gift, but otherwise you must provide permissions from the owner.

Larger sized commissions will come with a work in progress sketch to ensure accuracy. Commissioners must specify ahead of time if I am to show a sketch or work in progress for smaller sizes. I will also provide linearts or other works in progress if requested.

Communication is to be made through notes on DeviantArt unless otherwise specified between me and the commissioner.

I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason without having to give an explanation. (though I will usually try to provide one)

Payment Terms:

Payment must be sent through paypal unless I specify otherwise.

Do not send payment until I have accepted your commission!!

When sending payment be sure to select the option that does NOT require shipping. I am not shipping anything to you.

The buyer is not required to pay the paypal fee. It's always a nice gesture to do so, but not a requirement.

Tips are always appreciated but NEVER required.

Payment must be made in advance. I will not start working on your commission until I am paid.

If payment is not made after 2 days I will cancel your order. If there is a reason you can't pay right away please tell me ahead of time and we will work it out personally.

Copyright/Rights/Permission Terms:

Commissioners are not allowed to edit, alter, modify, claim credit, use for commercial purposes, use to make any profit, or use the art for advertisement without my explicit permission.

Commissioners are allowed to post the art and use it on personal sites as long as proper credit is given. I retain the right to post my commissions on any sites I use for art (Deviantart, Tumblr, Facebook, ect). If you do not want your art posted anywhere I must be informed ahead of time. If I am not allowed to post the art the commissioner loses the right to post it as well.

Commissioners are not allowed to recolor, alter, filter, vector, crop, or change the art without my explicit permission. I am almost always willing to give permission, so just ask.

Commissioners can use the art publicly for icons, references, wallpapers, ect. as long as credit to me the artist is clearly visible. Under no circumstances is my signature to be removed.

Commissioners will be provided with the .png or .gif file of their commission. To get the .sai or .psd file I must be notified before the commission is accepted. The commissioner must tell me what they need the .sai or .psd file for and an extra fee will be added if I accept.

Commissioners are not allowed to resell any art bought from me. You can however give the art away as a gift, but I MUST be notified ahead of time.

Refund Terms:

Once the commission has been accepted and paid for I will not refund the commissioner unless I personally decide otherwise.

I will refund the commissioner if for any reason I am unable to complete their commission.

I will not refund the commissioner if they are unhappy with the final result of their commission. If you are worried about the final product you must ask to see a sketch ahead of time.

I will provide a refund if I fail to meet a specified deadline. The deadline must be discussed before I accept the commission.

Adoptable Terms:

Adoptables may be used for personal characters. The commissioner will retain the rights to the design and has permission to edit the character as they wish.

Credit for the original design must always be given.

Adoptables are not to be sold for any type of profit including but not limited to USD, points, avatar site currencies (gaia gold, solia gold, ect), game currency.

Adoptables can be given away or traded only after notifying me ahead of time.

I will provide recolors and will make changes upon request.

I will not redraw adoptables.
