[C:C] Umiel

Chibi commission for of her kofk NPC, Umiel. He is the alchemist who you visit to make items for quests. ^_^

He didn't have a full ref so I was waked to kind of fill it in. I know his clothes are simple, but I think if they had more going on it'd look too busy paired with his starry cape thing.
Also those stars took forever, haha.
