Adoptable: New base test: CLOSED

I couldn't resist trying out the base I made today. ;A; Sorry! I did her up really fast (like an hour and a half-ish) while I take a small break from the fullbody I am working on.

She's like.... cotton candy... maybe? idek.
Also I am not sure what to price her exactly. = I know this is higher quality than my normal adoptables, but I'll just list her at $15 and maybe do a little more next time.
